Job Description
- To safeguard the organization’s interests by providing legal advice and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They play a crucial role in preventing legal risks, fostering transparency, and supporting sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law
- Certificate of completion from the Bar Association (เนติบัณฑิต)
- License to practice law (Attorney-at-Law) will be considered a plus
- Education abroad will be considered a plus
- At least 2-5 years of experience in business law or information technology law
- Experience in software or technology companies is a plus
- Understanding of laws related to software, such as copyright, patent, and data privacy laws
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English at a good to very good level
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and individuals
